We know Medical Form statuses may be a little tricky, so we’ve put together this handy guideline that explains what each status means. Now, you won’t have to guess what your medical form reports are trying to tell you!
Here are the possible statuses of a Medical Form:
- Missing – No signature on file.
- Expired – There is a signature on file, but it expires before the end of that registration’s event; forms expire if they were signed one year or more before the last day of the registrant’s event
- Outdated – There is a current signature on file, but the medical form it signs for has been updated since the signature was created
- Current – A valid signature exists for the latest version of that form.
