In case of an emergency or critical issue outside of Support hours, you can contact Emergency Support by calling 1-877-800-3450 and press 3 to leave a voicemail. An on-call member of our team will reach out to you within 30 minutes.
Our office, including Customer Support, is closed on the following holidays.
- New Year’s Day (January 1)*
- Independence Day (July 4)*
- Labor Day (first Monday in September)
- Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November)
- Day after Thanksgiving (fourth Friday in November)
- Christmas Day (December 25)*
- Christmas Break (next four business days after Christmas and before New Year’s)
*If a holiday falls on a Saturday, the holiday is observed the preceding Friday; if a holiday falls on a Sunday, the holiday is observed the following Monday.
