We wanted to let you know about some important changes that are coming soon that affect how you access CircuiTree. On Saturday, March 4th at 12:00am CST, we are moving to a new datacenter. The estimated downtime for the move is 1 hour.
As part of this transition, we are providing new links to access CT6 as well as a new program for accessing CT5.
CT6
To access CT6, go to https://app.circuitree.com and login with your username and password.
CT5
The current way to access CT5 is through using Citrix Receiver. With the new datacenter, we are switching to using VMware Horizon Client.
What’s Next?
From now until Saturday, continue accessing CT6 with your current link and CT5 through Citrix Receiver. We will send another email once the switch is complete to let you know to start using the new methods.
In preparation for accessing CT5 with VMware Horizon Client, you can download and install the client and then you will be ready to go after the switch is complete.
