When are CircuiTree’s Support hours?

Our online resources are available 24/7, and you can contact Support between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm CT, Monday through Friday.

To submit a Ticket, fill out the form below:

In case of an emergency or critical issue outside of Support hours, you can contact Emergency Support by calling 1-877-800-3450 and press 3 to leave a voicemail. An on-call member of our team will reach out to you within 30 minutes.

Our office, including Customer Support, is closed on the following holidays.

  • New Year’s Day (January 1)*
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day (third Monday in January)
  • Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
  • Independence Day (July 4)*
  • Labor Day (first Monday in September)
  • Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November)
  • Day after Thanksgiving (fourth Friday in November)
  • Christmas Eve (December 24)*
  • Christmas Day (December 25)*

*If a holiday falls on a Saturday, the holiday is observed the preceding Friday; if a holiday falls on a Sunday, the holiday is observed the following Monday.
