Definition
A medical condition in CIRCUITREE is a specific condition that you can include on your health form. You can have as many conditions as you wish and use the medical form configuration to select a subset if desired. Medical conditions are initially selected in a yes/no format, but you can prompt the customer for more information should you need it. Conditions will be grouped by categories which will show up on their own pages in the online medical wizard.
