SalesLink coming to CT6!

We have some exciting news that we want to share! SalesLink, our point of sale platform, is in the process of getting a major upgrade! The first version will be released to CT6 in the coming weeks.

Since it is a part of CT6, SalesLink is web-based and able to be accessed on a variety of different devices through a browser. Here are some of the exciting features that are a part of the first version.

Point of Sale

  • Tablet friendly interface
  • Tagging system to quickly find popular items
  • Pay for order using multiple payment methods
  • Hold and then resume pending orders

Inventory Management

  • Support for items with multiple Dimensions [size, color, type]
  • Upload photos directly to Inventory Item [no FTP]

Other Features

In an effort to get you access as soon as possible, there are a few features that are not include in the first release that we will be adding soon. These include:

  • Returns and Exchanges
  • Price Overrides
  • Multiple Store Cards in one purchase
  • Order Search
  • Invoice Management

Peripherals

We currently are working on support for POS peripherals and will be announcing more details soon. We do know that new SalesLink will be compatible with the Star WebPRNTprotocol.

Current SalesLink

You may be asking what is going to happen to the current version of SalesLink? We will be supporting both version of SalesLink through the summer of 2017 and announce a sunset date at a later time. Our desire is that you are able to start the transition to SalesLink in CT6 this summer by introducing it to key staff and take advantage of some of the new and improved functionality.

To allow you to try out the new features in SalesLink in CT6, we are offering free and unlimited licenses this summer.
