Question
Why can’t I modify a deposit requirement?
Answer
Deposit requirements allow you to set a sliding deposit schedule so that you can charge one deposit at a certain time (like the opening of registration) and another, higher deposit later on (like the balance due date.) You can add as many new deposits as needed to reflect your policy. While crafting your policy, you can delete these requirements as long as no payments have been scheduled using the new rule. Once a payment has been scheduled with the new rule, however, you cannot modify the rule any longer. (This same behavior applies to many aspects of CircuiTree: once a reservation, registration, or payment has been made for a rule, the rule cannot be changed without dealing with the relevant activity first.)
