I tried to log into Citrix/CircuiTree, and I got an error message that said, “Your account is temporarily locked.” What does that mean?
Typically, this means that someone with this user name has entered a password incorrectly too many times in rapid succession, and the account has been locked as a security measure. This is a function of Active Directory (which CircuiTree uses to allow you to log into CircuiTree’s network from afar) in order to protect against unauthorized access.
By default, an account will be locked for 24 hours, so if it isn’t vital, you can wait until the following day and try again. If it’s urgent and you cannot use another person’s account to access the system, please contact CircuiTree Support, and we will try to get it unlocked for you as soon as we can.
