What do I do if I didn’t get my One-Way Emails?


I didn’t get my set of one-way emails this morning. How can I get them to print them?


On occasion, delivery of your nightly emails may be delayed or misdirected. If that happens, you can run the Attendee Emails (or Camper Emails for some companies) report. This will allow you to select the particular batch of emails that you need to print, which will generate a report with one email per page grouped by cabin and sorted alphabetically by first name. If you know the batch number, you can just use that. If you don’t know the batch number, you can use the As Of Date to get what you need (and, if you have multiple locations, can use the Event Location field to narrow down your report.)
