Have you ever had issues formatting an e-mail in CircuiTree?  What looked perfectly normal in Microsoft Word or a Google doc becomes a crazy mess!  That’s because converting normal text to HTML code is a tricky task and the system is trying to do it behind the scenes.  The good news is that we have a solution for you!

Just copy your formatted text into the appropriate field on this site: http://word2cleanhtml.com/.  You can configure the formatting options you want and then click “Convert to Clean HTML”.  Next, copy the HTML and past it into the HTML tab on your CircuiTree mass e-mail.  When you toggle to the “Designer” tab, it should look exactly the way you want it!
