Bug Fixes

The following issues are scheduled to be resolved in this release:

Registration & enrollment: An issue where increasing group roster spots simultaneously creates both active and pending registrations will be resolved. A display issue preventing parents with view-only access from seeing responses already submitted on a registration step will also be fixed.
Payments & billing: Several payment issues will be resolved, including split payments calculating incorrectly on multi-organization itineraries when surcharges are involved, an issue preventing some users from completing a payment, and store card balances prematurely moving from pending to active before a payment is confirmed.
Events & scheduling: Field requirements that were blocking staff from unchecking the Private Event setting will be corrected. A content field that was not saving correctly on scheduled payment steps will be fixed, and a legal terms query that was not returning all applicable agreements — which could affect compliance tracking — will be resolved.
Medical records: A problem where the custom medication names setting prevents staff from adding new medication entries to a camper’s medical history will be fixed.
Admin & operations: An issue where the Assign Wristband dialog closes unexpectedly when a staff member clicks into the input field will be resolved. Significant performance delays when searching and applying manual discount codes in registration accounting will also be addressed.

Increasing group roster quantity will no longer create both active and pending spots at the same time, regardless of payment option.
Parents with view-only access to a registration step will be able to see previously submitted responses.

Split payment calculations on multi-organization itineraries with surcharges will calculate correctly.
An issue preventing some users from completing a payment will be resolved.
Store card balances will no longer go active without a completed payment.

Location, Org, Cost Center, and Event Type fields will no longer be required before the Private Event checkbox can be unchecked.
The Content field on scheduled payment steps will save correctly.
A Terms and Conditions query not returning all applicable legal terms for an event will be fixed.

Staff will be able to add new medications to a camper’s medical history when the custom medication names setting is enabled.

The Assign Wristband dialog will no longer close unexpectedly when clicking in the input field.
Significant delays when searching and applying manual discount codes in registration accounting will be resolved.
