July 15, 2026 Update — CircuiTree

This release delivers targeted bug fixes across housing & lodging, point of sale, medical records, registration, payments, the web store, and general navigation.

Bug Fixes

The following issues have been resolved in this release:

  • Housing & Lodging: Restored missing success notifications in the Housing Assignment module—confirmation messages for updating, clearing, and auto-assigning attendees now appear correctly. Also fixed a missing pin icon that prevented removing assigned attendees from lodging, and resolved an error that occurred when clicking the overflow menu on a monthly lodging view in the Resource Calendar.
  • Point of Sale: The order completion page now appears correctly after a merchandise purchase. The email receipt success notification is also restored—staff can see confirmation again after sending a receipt from POS.
  • Medical & Health Forms: Fixed several issues with medical data: attributes entered during multi-event registration now correctly apply to all events; medication details no longer disappear after refreshing the page; medical history forms are no longer incorrectly flagged as incomplete; and on Safari, the medical form no longer requires a date when No is selected for a condition.
  • Registration & Activities: The end-of-event process now displays an error message when something goes wrong rather than failing silently. Fixed a display issue where inapplicable steps appeared on the manage-attendee screen for family-type registrations. Activities are now available and functioning correctly during registration. Itinerary-level activation also no longer shows $0.00 for total due when a deposit is owed.
  • Payments & Orders: Fixed a case where a valid payment method was incorrectly rejected at checkout. Resolved an issue where return transaction order details displayed an incorrect total cost.
  • Web Store & Online Booking: Web store order confirmation emails now include the purchased product name. Guest checkout is restored in the web store. The guest count selection screen now correctly displays options, and the full payment amount can now be selected without first clicking another button.
  • Navigation & Permissions: The HR section now loads directly after login instead of redirecting back to the login page. Fixed timeline note timestamps and the search bar display in the notes panel. Group leaders can no longer send invitation codes for waitlisted attendees. Fixed the phone number field incorrectly showing key names when correcting an overtyped entry.

Housing & Lodging

  • Success notifications for updating, clearing, and auto-assigning attendees are now displayed correctly in Housing Assignment.
  • The pin icon needed to remove attendees from a lodging assignment is restored.
  • Fixed an error that occurred when clicking the overflow menu on a monthly lodging view in the Resource Calendar.

Point of Sale

  • Order completion page now appears after a merchandise purchase in Point of Sale.

Medical & Health Forms

  • Medical attributes entered during multi-event registration now apply correctly to all events, not just the first.
  • Medication details no longer disappear after refreshing the page.
  • Medical history forms are no longer incorrectly marked as incomplete.
  • Medical forms on Safari no longer require a date entry when No is selected for a condition.

Registration & Activities

  • End-of-event processing now shows an error message when it fails, rather than failing silently.
  • Registration steps for family-type registrations no longer appear on the manage-attendee screen when they don’t apply.
  • Activities now appear and function correctly during registration.
  • Total due on itinerary-level activation now shows the correct amount for family registrations with a deposit.

Payments & Orders

  • Valid payment methods are no longer incorrectly rejected at checkout.
  • Return transaction order details now show the correct total cost.

Web Store & Online Booking

  • Web store order confirmation emails now include the purchased product name alongside the item size.
  • Guest checkout is restored in the web store.
  • Guest count selection now correctly displays options on the booking screen.
  • The full payment amount can now be selected without first clicking another button.
