Registration & Legal Terms
- Legal terms signed at checkout will apply correctly when multiple campers are registered for multiple events in the same transaction.
- Legal terms will no longer incorrectly show as unsigned after an event’s date is changed.
Medical Records
- Staff will be able to reliably save serious medical conditions to a camper’s profile.
- Medical log entries from previous years will no longer briefly appear on a camper’s profile.
Online Donations
- Anonymous donors will be able to complete donations without being redirected to a login page when donor login is not required.
Registration Workflow
- Registration alerts will no longer display for steps that were not selected during family registration.
- Internal registrations will no longer intermittently fail to advance after selecting Continue with Housing.
Camper Notes
- Staff will be able to add and lock camper notes in the timeline section.
Payments & Accounting
- Manual discount previews will show the correct discount amount.
- Deposit slips will print correctly during the batch close process.
- The Apply Scholarship option will no longer be incorrectly disabled on eligible registrations.
- Accounting details will be included consistently on ePay/Flywire transactions, reducing the number of transactions flagged as requiring manual review.
Bunk1 Integration
- Completed Bunk1 steps will correctly show as complete on the registration site, without a “Not Started” warning.
