The following CircuiTree updates are scheduled for release on August 31, 2026:

New & Improved

Bulk Registration Import Tool — Admins will be able to import registrations in bulk. The system will validate record length, required fields, and formatting; map data to the right fields; detect and skip duplicate registrations; and create parent, family, and child records as needed. Every import will be tracked in an audit log, and a report of any failed records will be emailed automatically.

Smarter Event and Voucher Code Search — Search and filtering across events and voucher codes will get sharper, with prefiltered links that jump straight to the results your team is looking for.

More Secure Online Payment Forms — Card fields on Stripe-based online registration forms will be replaced with Stripe’s secure hosted fields, strengthening payment security without changing the registration experience for families.

Richer Registration Confirmation Emails — Confirmation emails will show complete order details and payment plan information, giving families a clearer picture of what they registered for and how they’re paying.

Scholarship and Voucher Management Improvements — Staff will see a warning when a voucher allocation would exceed the maximum recipient amount, gain the ability to edit scholarship usage descriptions, and get new abbreviation and recipients-used columns in search grids for faster review. Voucher “add-on” defaults will also be smarter out of the box.

Cleaner Online Store — The header section can now be hidden or removed from the registration site’s online store for a more streamlined storefront.

More Room for Favorites — The history bar’s favorite pages list will support more saved favorites.

Easier Group Registration — The group member dropdown will be alphabetized by last name, making it faster to find the right person during registration.

Clearer Event Date Change Messaging — Error messages will be more descriptive when an event date change affects existing resource allocations.

Transportation Scheduling Guardrail — Transportation trip event selection will be restricted to events within the same organization, preventing accidental cross-organization scheduling.

Faster Profile Viewing — The grade field will display directly on individual profiles without needing to click “More.”

Resource Waitlisting — Resources that are fully booked can now be added to a waitlist instead of showing as unavailable outright.

Clearer Event Division Visibility — Event division visibility settings will be easier to understand for both internal staff and the public-facing registration site.

Expanded reCAPTCHA Coverage — reCAPTCHA protection will be added to the Online Store, Reservations, and Quick Enroll flows, closing gaps in bot protection across registration entry points.

Better-Branded Messages — Emails sent through “Send a Message” on the Timeline will have improved formatting and branding.

Set Event Limit Refinements — The Set Event Limit form’s field sizes and accepted values were updated based on user feedback for smoother data entry.

Bug Fixes

The following issues are scheduled to be resolved in this release:

• Registration & payments: Fixes are scheduled for a case where adding an item to a second browser tab while a first-tab payment was processing could create duplicate payment charges, a reCAPTCHA bypass that let payment submissions skip client-side validation, and an issue where Stripe transactions involving denylisted bank accounts weren’t handled gracefully. Payment plan cancellations for family camp registrations and a logging issue tied to pending gift card charges will also be resolved.
• Registration flow: Fixes are scheduled for deselected registration steps that remained visible on the dashboard, group invitation codes that redirected to a new registration instead of a reserved roster spot, groups being unable to add reservations for non-anonymous events, and housing activations failing when a camper’s reservation quantity was zero.
• Health and legal forms: Fixes are scheduled so that health form status will correctly reflect expired medical forms, and legal terms will no longer show as unsigned after an event date change updates the legal agreement.
• Import and data validation: A fix is scheduled for inconsistent validation messages and email warnings shown during registration imports.
• Performance: A fix is scheduled to improve performance for registration cancellations on databases with Bunk1 sync enabled.
• Admin & back office: Fixes are scheduled for the Calendar menu failing to open, resource location changes failing to save, medical logs not matching the camper profile timeline, incorrect description fields on GL batch detail tabs, and configuration changes (like disabling registration or making an event private) not refreshing immediately.
• Account security & other: Fixes are scheduled to address fraudulent account creation activity, a volunteer application that could get stuck in “Application Started” status, a Timeline Notes permissions issue that blocked users without HR department access from creating notes, an incorrect validation message about applied discounts, and a display bug where a removed photo continued to appear as the entity’s photo.
