May 2026 Updates — CircuiTree & Bunk1
This update includes new features, improvements, and bug fixes across registration, payments, communications, and photo management. Below is a summary of what’s changed for your team and families.
CircuiTree:
New & Improved
Automated Cancellation Confirmation Emails
Families now automatically receive a confirmation email when their registration is cancelled — keeping them informed without any manual follow-up from your team.
Configurable Pending Inventory Hold Duration
You can now set how long items remain in a pending hold before they’re automatically released back to availability, giving you more control over inventory management.
View-Only Workflow Steps
Workflow steps can now be configured as view-only, allowing staff or administrators to see step information without being able to make changes — useful for steps that require approval or oversight.
Early Arrival & Late Departure Charging
Early arrival and post-contract late departure fees can now be automatically applied during the booking and sales process, reducing the need for manual billing adjustments.
Friendlier Family Account Logins
Family account passwords no longer expire, and accounts are no longer locked out due to inactivity. This reduces login frustration for families registering for your programs.
Bug Fixes
The following issues have been resolved in this release:
- Registration flow: Fixed multiple issues with group registrations, including a loop that occurred when registering more than 15 spots, and a step-skipping issue that redirected users to checkout prematurely.
- Checkout & legal terms: Fixed several cases where checkout terms and legal agreements were displaying incorrectly, appearing at the wrong level, or showing as unsigned even after a family had signed them.
- Payments & point of sale: Resolved issues with Stripe-processed transactions where orders were occasionally being charged multiple times, charged for the wrong amount, or not recorded at all. Also fixed incorrect quantity display on the Make a Payment screen.
- Mass email: Fixed issues preventing mass emails from sending successfully, and resolved an error that occurred when editing a draft mass email.
- Vouchers & scholarships: Fixed a security issue where group leaders could see voucher and scholarship information belonging to unrelated groups.
- Events & scheduling: Fixed balance due dates not adjusting correctly when copying events that include charges. Fixed an issue where changing an event division’s quantity removed its private division setting.
- Staff onboarding: Fixed an issue where certain onboarding training items were appearing multiple times for staff members.
- Registration & profile: Fixed a variety of additional issues including problems with medication updates, camper grade display, add-on flows, and group leader invitation screens.
Bunk1:
New Features
YouTube Video Support
You can now include YouTube video links in updates and posts — a great way to share welcome videos, event recaps, or camp highlights with families.
Undelivered Message Report
A new report is available to help identify bunk messages that were not successfully sent or received by users, so you can follow up and ensure no communications are falling through the cracks.
Improvements
Camper Search Bar
A search bar has been added to the People → Campers section, making it much faster to find a specific camper without scrolling through long lists.
Update Filters
Updates can now be filtered by Scheduled, Sent, or All — giving your team a clearer view of outgoing communications and what’s still pending.
Slideshow Loading Fix
Slideshows no longer flash on the first photo when loading, resulting in a smoother experience for families viewing photos.
Bug Fixes
- Retreat attendees can now view photos as expected. Previously, attendees not marked as campers were unable to see photos.
- Fixed an issue where album scope settings were being reset and photos were not copying correctly when working with subfolders.
