You can change the status of a Cancelled Registration to either Active or Wait List. This function prevents having to re-register an attendee.
Change Status
- On a registration, select the Cancelled button, and select the new Status.If re-Activating a cancelled registration: If the registration originally had any sub items like reservations or pre-orders, those items will need to be re-added by your team or the customer.
CT users must have the permission “Allow Registration Status Update” enabled in order to modify the status of a Cancelled Registration
