CT.21.0.0 Release Notes

The following is a log of Bug Fixes and Features that have been included in the release.

Bug Fixes

CTD-28191 Fixed an issue where the Accounting Summary did not include all reservation charges for Guest Group itineraries, resulting in incorrect balances. The summary now accurately reflects all lodging and meal charges.

CTD-30331 Resolved a display bug where internal icons incorrectly appeared as signed for outdated medical forms. Icons now correctly reflect the form’s status.

CTD-30416 Addressed a login failure for the TAMUS.UYP username that returned “No user exists” errors. Users can now log in successfully with valid credentials.

CTD-30985 Fixed sorting logic in Housing and Team Assignment screens where sorting by last name or grade was incorrect. Sorting now works as expected in ascending order.

CTD-31620 Corrected event rollover behavior where transportation records were duplicated in the original year instead of copying to the next year. Transportation now rolls over correctly.

CTD-31817 Resolved an issue where the Export button on the “Employee Review” step did not generate a file or produced blank files. Export now works and includes all grid data.

CTD-32170 Added timeline logging for merge actions involving individuals, families, or groups. Merge details now appear in the timeline for auditing.

CTD-33063 Fixed an issue where increasing store card balance internally did not update the parent account online. Balance changes now sync correctly for payment.

CTD-33184 Resolved duplicate tuition display on the “Make Payment” page caused by cancelled registrations. Logic now correctly deduplicates tuition amounts.

CTD-33398 Fixed an issue where selecting radio button attributes did not allow users to proceed to the next step. Navigation now works as expected.

CTD-33415 Resolved timeout errors when activating group registrations without payment. Activation now completes promptly without validation failures.

CTD-33746 Corrected logic so transportation options display for single-day events when allocated, ensuring consistent availability.

CTD-33812 Added configuration-level restrictions to prevent allocating transportation to events outside the trip date range, with a one-week buffer.

CTD-34136 Fixed an error preventing scheduled emails from opening in Space Camp’s admin portal. Emails now load correctly for viewing and editing.

Enhancements

CTD-16049 Added alerts and visual indicators for incomplete steps when required attributes are added after registration begins, ensuring users are notified and prompted to complete them.

CTD-28861 Implemented timeline logging for naming and un-naming campers in both Group and Registration timelines to improve auditability and transparency.

CTD-29672 Updated timeline functionality to log acceptance of Terms and Conditions for both group leaders and campers, ensuring accurate activity tracking.

CTD-31992 Added a new checkbox in Discount Configuration to restrict percentage-based discounts to Tuition charges only, providing greater control over discount application.

CTD-32104 Introduced a feature to cancel an entire class and automatically handle all associated reservations, streamlining activity management.

CTD-32325 Implemented logic to hide HR form sections and “Start Now” buttons when outside their configured date range, improving onboarding accuracy.

CTD-32563 Fixed display order logic for attribute categories in CT Green and CT6 registration sites to ensure attributes appear in the configured sequence.

CTD-32615 Enhanced document upload sections to display file name and type after successful upload, improving user confirmation and transparency.
