The following is a log of Bug Fixes and Features that have been included in the release.

CTD-13087 Fixed an issue where timestamps were different between the “Checked In” column and the medication log for scheduled medications.

CTD-21271 Fixed an issue where edits to HR offers were not saving correctly, often defaulting to incorrect dates.

CTD-23587 Full resources were being added as “Active” instead of being placed on the waitlist. Full resources are now correctly added to the waitlist.

CTD-24093 Rounding issues in POS payment intent fees are now exact and correct.

CTD-24299 Open registration policies were blocking users to finish registration when selecting an attendee. Users can now proceed without issues.

CTD-24377 Mass emails were being sent to removed recipients. The recipient list now correctly reflects opted-out users.

CTD-24475 Fixed an issue where the “Save” button on the Timeline was not properly saving or locking notes.

CTD-24746 Scheduled payments were incorrectly adjusting dates when new enrollments or transfers occurred. Now maintains the original autopay schedule unless manually updated.

CTD-24938 Editing the offer form section was causing a 504 timeout error. Users can now edit offers without issues.

CTD-25160 Legal terms were incorrectly displaying as “signed” when they were actually unsigned. Now properly tracks and displays the legal term status.

CTD-25319 Resources were being added twice in the CT6 registration site so duplication is now fixed.

CTD-25519 Fixed issue where users were unable to access scheduled payments after updating and saving them.

CTD-25596 Payment methods were not being saved in the registration site. Users can now successfully add and save payment methods.

CTD-26037 Fixed issue where users were unable to enter text in the mass email content box.

Enhancement

CTD-24883 The header and footer in CT Blue Reports and Queries are now static for better readability, preventing them from disappearing when scrolling.

CTD-24995 The UI for multi-dimension preorders has been updated to improve user experience and usability.

CTD-25972 W-4 forms have been updated to the 2025 version, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations.

New Feature

CTD-22899 Performance improvements have been made to mass email loading times, especially for organizations using Mandrill templates.

CTD-25184 A new menu item, “Automated Waitlist Policies,” has been added under Config > Registration > Policies, providing easier access to policy management.

CTD-25186 Users can now view a list of all Automated Waitlist Policies, with sorting, filtering, and exporting options.
