Bug Fixes

CTD-17408 Public Link On Internal Roster Issues

  • Fixed issue where public links in internal rosters were not clickable. Links are now fully functional without needing to highlight text.

CTD-20416 Transportation Configuration — Refresh UI properly when merging and splitting trips

  • Fixed an issue causing trips to disappear from search results when locations were updated. Trips now stay visible and editable as expected.

CTD-21873 Disable Registration at Event Level Doesn’t Disable ALL Event Divisions

  • Fixed an issue where disabling registration at the event level did not affect all event divisions. Now all divisions are properly disabled.

CTD-22146 Redo Batch process Error: Invalid column name

  • Fixed an issue where the redo batch process caused an ‘Invalid column name’ error. Redo functionality now works without issue.

CTD-22207 CT6 Medications screen – Last Taken date is not showing correctly for Staff

  • Fixed issue where the ‘Last Taken’ date on the Medications screen in the Health Center was not showing correctly for staff profiles.

CTD-22465 UI – Surcharge amount added twice in summary page

  • Resolved UI issue where surcharge was being displayed twice in the payment summary, though the backend correctly calculated the fee.

CTD-22477 “Schedule Payment” Content Field not Saving

  • Fixed issue preventing the visibility changes for the ‘Schedule Payment’ content field from being saved in the registration site.

CTD-22482 POS Terminal Fee Rounding

  • Corrected POS terminal fee calculations to ensure accurate rounding and fee application for payment transactions.

CTD-22493 Disable Saleslink Register

  • Fixed an issue preventing users from disabling Saleslink registers.

CTD-22508 Add Payment Method API is not working

  • Fixed issue with Add Payment Method API not working when PaymentTypeID was missing, now providing proper error handling.

CTD-22532 Issue with Transportation time

  • Fixed issue where transportation times incorrectly displayed as midnight on the event grid after setup.

CTD-22619 Fix Window size on “Reset Password” box in CT6

  • Adjusted ‘Reset Password’ box size in CT6 to remove the need for scrolling while typing.

CTD-22705 “Edit Complaint” Window Hiding Fields

  • Resolved issue where the ‘Activity’ and ‘How Did Injury Occur’ fields were hidden in the ‘Edit Complaint’ window.

CTD-22706 Events not showing in Search

  • Fixed issue where events without divisions were not appearing in the event search or event configuration screens.

CTD-22893 Stripe API – Updates in CT Resetting Fields in Stripe

  • Fixed an issue where updates in Circuitree were resetting the MCC and Payout Schedule fields in Stripe.

CTD-22950 Scheduled Payment feature is not calculating correctly

  • Corrected scheduled payment calculations to ensure the amount due matches the balance on the account summary.

CTD-23066 2025 Summer Staff Application – Cannot rearrange

  • Fixed an issue preventing the rearrangement of application steps for staff job postings in the admin portal.

CTD-23068 Error When Purchasing Pre-Order Items After Registration

  • Resolved issue causing an error when purchasing pre-order items after registration completion.

CTD-23146 Surcharges Showing Incorrectly in Payment Detail

  • Fixed surcharge application logic to ensure surcharges are not applied to transfer payments or credits.

CTD-23192 Debit Cards Being Surcharged with Autopayments

  • Resolved an issue where debit cards were incorrectly surcharged during the autopayment process.

CTD-23346 Regression In Sandbox – Invite Attendee Adds Additional Spots

  • Fixed an issue where inviting an attendee to a group registration increased the number of available spots.

CTD-23577 No Validation for Reference type field for the reference list step in HR Portal

  • Added validation for the ‘Reference Type’ field in the reference list step of the HR portal.

CTD-23759 Regression – Create Application > Education History step Field is disappearing when selecting school type as “Graduate School”

  • Resolved an issue where the ‘College/University’ field disappeared when selecting ‘Graduate School’ in the Education History step.

Enhancements

CTD-18428 Group Reg – Family step required while naming attendees

  • Modified group registration process to skip the Family step when anonymous registration is enabled, streamlining the user experience.

CTD-18441 New privilege for Schedule Reports and Queries

  • Added a new permission that allows users to schedule reports and queries without requiring full edit access to those reports.

CTD-19263 AR Feature Request: Ability to get ARN tracking numbers for payments/refunds in CT

  • Introduced ARN tracking number display for refunds processed via the Stripe API, helping users track payment and refund statuses more easily.

CTD-20766 Show Debit/Credit Cards on Payment Details

  • Added new feature to indicate whether a payment card is debit or credit during payment processing, allowing accurate surcharge application.

CTD-22176 Update resource allocation pricing on the event

  • When a client updates the price for amenity-based resources, the price is now updated on the allocation as well. Price changes now reflect on the event allocation after resource charge is updated (Amenity based).

CTD-22293 Links on Query Ids 1095 and 1092 Clickable But Not Copy/Pasteable

  • Resolved an issue where links generated in queries were clickable but couldn’t be copy-pasted. Links are now fully functional in both cases.
