Change to Notifications for CircuiTree Support Tickets

You may notice a different email response the next time you submit a Support Ticket. The notification you will receive is from a different support platform that we have moved to.

Not to worry! We haven’t forgotten about any previous Tickets that you have submitted. You can continue sending your support Tickets to [email protected]or using the Submit a Ticket form on the Support Site.

A few other changes to note:

  • The Ticket ID that you get will be different, for example:
    • Old System – CTI7000
    • New System – CTSUP-700
  • If you respond to an existing Ticket, you will get a notification with a new Ticket ID.
  • A new Support Portal is in the works that we will be able to release to you soon.
