You may notice a different email response the next time you submit a Support Ticket. The notification you will receive is from a different support platform that we have moved to.
Not to worry! We haven’t forgotten about any previous Tickets that you have submitted. You can continue sending your support Tickets to email@example.com using the Submit a Ticket form on the Support Site.
A few other changes to note:
- The Ticket ID that you get will be different, for example:
- Old System – CTI7000
- New System – CTSUP-700
- If you respond to an existing Ticket, you will get a notification with a new Ticket ID.
- A new Support Portal is in the works that we will be able to release to you soon.
