How do I access the Ticket Portal?

We know that when you report a support issue, you probably want to track the status of that incident.  CircuiTree Web allows you to do exactly that!  On our “Support” screen, you will find the name and ID of your incident, along with the workflow status and any updates that have been made regarding your case.  Now you will always know where your incident is in the queue and the steps we are taking to solve your support issue!

What does it look like?

The grid has several columns, including the name of the incident, it’s ID, the date it was reported and the person who reported it, the status of the incident, and it’s impact.  Also, please note that you can drag and drop a column header to sort by that column.

By clicking on the gear icon, you can add an incident (it will automatically take you to an e-mail to CircuiTree support and when we recieve it and create an incident, you will see it listed in the grid) or export the grid.
